When will I receive my order?
Very soon! Our standard orders are typically shipped 3-5 business days upon receiving payment. You’ll have your gift cards in no time.
Is there a minimum number of cards you need to order?
There’s no minimum on quantity or dollar value of your purchase. You can order as much or as little as you want.
Do you have a discount structure?

Do your cards expire?
No there is no expiration date. Our cards can be used any time after purchase.
Where can I use Hbc Gift Cards?
With over 400 Hudson's Bay Company locations coast to coast, you can redeem your gift card for merchandise at any Bay, Zellers or Home Outfitters store across Canada.

What are the fees?
There are no additional fees on standard cards, other than shipping. Below is more information on the cost of co-branding and personalization:
* Gift Card and Jacket, each co-branded with logo & personal message: $0.87/unit
* Gift Card and Jacket, each co-branded with logo & personal message mailed directly to the
recipient: $2.50/unit
* Gift Card and Jacket, each co-branded with logo and static message: $0.76/unit
* Standard Gift Card (no logo or personalization), with Jacket co-branded with logo: $0.65/unit
* For full colour customization pricing, please speak with one of our representatives
* Gift Card and Jacket, each co-branded with logo & personal message mailed directly to the

What denominations are available?
Hbc Gift Cards can be loaded with any amount from $5 to $5000. It’s up to you.
What if the cards are lost or stolen?
If a card is lost or stolen, call us at 1-866-461-2323. If the card hasn’t been used, we’ll transfer the balance to another card.
Can gift cards be used to make payments to an Hbc Credit account?
Unfortunately no, but there’s over a million other ways to use an Hbc Gift Card.
